  1. Passengers from Athens will embark on the ship in Patras. On the return, the disembarkation will take place in Igumenitsa.
  2. Times shown on the itinerary are local. To better assist them, the passengers for the cities of  Padova, Mestre, Parma, Pavia, Pisa, Genova e Modena, are kindly requested to contact our offices.
  3. Each passenger is allowed to carry a suitcase and a bag. In case a passenger wishes to take along supplementary luggage, the cost of transportation will be equal to unaccompanied luggage.
  4. Return tickets are valid six months from the date of issue.
  5. Our offices reserve the right to cancel schedules in case of “force majeure”, without previous advice. In such a case, any paid amounts will be refunded.
  6. Our offices are cooperating with SUPERFAST FERRIES acting as intermediate for the assistance of passengers. However, during peak periods, our offices have the right to use any other shipping companies in order to assist the passengers.
  7. Those interested are kindly requested to contact the bus driver – using their mobile phone – an hour prior to the time mentioned on the itinerary.
  8. Children up to the age of 10 are entitled to a 50% discount.
  9. The company is not responsible for money or valuable stored in suitcases or bags.
